Before You Start:Â
In accordance with our policies to ensure the College continues with safe and responsible practices in its approach to administering first aid to students, we ask that you please return the completed  to the College. The form should be saved to your computer, completed and then emailed to clinic@oxley.nsw.edu.au as early as possible.  A separate form is needed for each student.
At Oxley, we offer two language options for Year 7 2027 - French and Latin.
To assist in our planning, please use the form below to rank the languages in order of preference or no preference, noting any previous language study. Classes will be determined by preferences, and while we will do our best to accommodate first preferences, this will depend on final numbers. It is compulsory to study a language in Year 7.Â
Please complete this by Friday 13 November.

Preparing to Come:
The Oxley Shop is located via the second driveway. Â It is open from Tuesdays-Thursdays from 8.30am - 4.00pm, and parents also have the option of purchasing online. Â Follow the link below for all uniform information, as well as holiday opening hours.
In 2026 ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒõAPP commenced the transition to a School Managed Device (SMD) model with Apple-based devices. For years 7- 12, the SMD model comprises of a choice of either a school-owned and school-managed device, or a parent-supplied, school-managed device. It is important to note that from 2028 onwards, all students (except for the current Year 10 2026 cohort, who will be in Year 12 in 2028) will have school-owned, or parent-supplied School Managed Devices.

Junior School students do not need to purchase stationery as this is provided by the school. Â Senior School textbook requirements for 2027 have not yet been finalised. Â As soon as they are, they will be published on the page below.

Once You're Here:
The Oxley Canteen uses the Flexischools App for lunch orders. Junior School students are welcome to order their lunch through the app. Please note that recess items are not available for Junior School students to order, and there is no over-the-counter service for Junior School.
³ÉÈ˶¶ÒõAPP offers access to a variety of talented music professionals who provide music tuition on site before, during and after school hours in the Music Centre.
Options for tuition include:
- Brass (French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba)
- Guitar (Electric & Acoustic)
- Musicianship/Theory
- Percussion (Drum Kit)
- Piano (Classical, Jazz, Popular)
- Pipes and Drums

The Oxley Update is sent via Broadcast to the App every Wednesday afternoon. Â The Update provides all the information you need to know about the week ahead. Â Important Individual announcements may also be sent to you via Broadcast.
Our Out of School Hours Care service is situated in the grounds of ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒõAPP.
 is our provider, they offer Before and After School Care for dozens of schools around the State and are fully accredited, offer high-quality staff, well-established programs and importantly, they are registered for the Child Care Subsidy – this means for most families there will be a substantial reduction in the cost to use the Service.
The program is available for all children at ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒõAPP from 7:00amÌý³Ü²Ô³Ù¾±±ôÌý8:30am in the morning and from 3:00±è³¾Ìý³Ü²Ô³Ù¾±±ôÌý6:00±è³¾Ìýeach school day.

If your child is arriving late or leaving early, parents are asked to sign them in or our of either Student Services in the main Elvo building, or from the Junior School Office.
Please ensure that everything is clearly named, including all items of clothing, sports equipment and books. Â Unmarked items are difficult to return to the owner when sent to lost property. Students are expected to take care of their possessions that are brought to school.
All ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒõAPP families are required to submit the ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒõAPP Enrolment Agreement at the time of enrolment confirmation. As per the terms and conditions of this Enrolment Agreement, withdrawal from ³ÉÈ˶¶ÒõAPP at any time requires one term’s written notice to the Head of College in advance. Please refer all issues regarding fees and accounts to our Business Manager on 4861 1366.
Please ensure that phone messages during the day are kept for urgent matters. If you need to give your child a message regarding pick up arrangements you will need to call Student Services before 2.30pm. Please make sure your child knows the pick up arrangements for the end of each day.
Students are not allowed to have mobile phones with them while on school grounds.
